French kitchen and cookware

As Churchill said, "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of dull minds," or something to that effect.  So it happens that Italian cooking pottery is making its debut on frenchgardening.com.   After all, it's all Europe now.  I couldn't resist the beauty, rugged quality, and reasonable price of this line of stove-proof pottery.  This lovely form is called an umidiera, and you will find it ideal for myriad recipes--especially those on this website!  Can be used in the oven or on top of the stove with a flame-tamer.  Available in green speckle (pictured) or chocolate/pumpkin (click on the '1' under the main photo to see this color).
