Average soils--Canterbury bells

Well, don't tell the French that we call this flower 'Canterbury bells.'  They prefer to call it the carillon bellflower.  This biennial produces spikes of superb and big blue bells the second year after planting (biennial).  Fabulous for cutting.  Prefers rich soil and like all bellflowers, good drainage.  Full sun to light shade.
